Now I know that you’ve heard that some ciders contain lemons or are mixed with another fruit to create alcoholic beverages. Which is great because nothing can cool you better off in the summer then some lemonade and if you are like me, then you would go for some Smirnoff Lemonade 
Well I bet that you’ve never heard of lemon wine! Yes lemon wine is just as real as the need for human beings for oxygen. In fact its quite popular especially with Thai and Asian foods. People not only drink lemon wine straight but also use it as a ingredient in their cooking.
See wine has a sweet taste to it and lemons are pretty much on the opposite end of the spectrum. Drinks made with lemons are sour and high in acid. But here is the kicker, when you combine the two, it creates this amazing and unique taste that is really quite a treat.
How to make lemon wine with the home booze kit:
Here is a little recipe that I think will get you started on your lemon wine journey.
1. 60% Lemon juice
2. 40% Grape juice
3. Follow the Home Booze Kit.
For some reason, I like my lemon wine to taste a little “lemony”, or for me it kind of defeats the purpose.
Whether you like your lemon wine sour sour sweet - make sure your mixing ratio is proportionate. Enjoy!
