Their are literally hundreds if not thousands of wine making kits out there. From basic wine making kits to super advanced wine kits. From kits that require glass bottles and giant wine glass jars to kits that only require a 2 liter pop bottle.

It all depends on what are you trying to acomplish and how much experience you have with winemaking and just using wine kits in general. Home wine making from grape juice or creating homemade alcoholic drinks is not a complicated process. However, it all depends on your understanding of the wine making genre and your experience with making wine at home.

There are basically three types of wine makers.

2. Intermediate wine making enthusiast

3. Advanced wine making enthusiast

The beginner wine making enthusiast is someone who has no or very little idea about making wine at home. If you fall in this category, than get the most basic kit such as the Home Booze Kit.

Basic kits are very cheap and easy to get started with and a great way to learn about the whole process of making wine or alcoholic drinks at home.

If you’ve made wine at home before our other alcoholic drinks at home such as beer then go to the intermediate winemaking kit pieced kits come with a little bit more equipment and yes they are expensive.
Equipment such as hydrometer, plastic carboy, wine bottles etc.

Now if you’ve really had some major experience in the past and you’re a regular when it comes to making wine at home or other alcoholic drinks, then you need to really invest in professional equipment. Not the ones that they use at these major factories and distillers but advanced wine supplies such as wine barrels for aging etc.

Regardless of what your experience is with wine making kits,  if you like drinking wine than you should definitely try making my wine at home at least once in your lifetime. It’s a great hobby, it’s relaxing, and it’s something that you can enjoy with your friends and family.
