“We love the home booze method because it allows us the ability to experiment with new flavors and juice combinations and instead of waiting for months to taste it, it only took us 4 days. We have also found that you can get juice around $2.98 for a gallon jug of things like apple juice and that is so much cheaper than the cost of the wine in stores.
When we got out kit, we had some friends over to help decide what the first bottle would be. So we all went to the store and everyone chose their favorite juice. After we came back home, the real fun began. In total, we had peach/mango nectar in one 2 liter bottle, a white grape juice in another one and finally apricot nectar and cranberry juice in the remaining 2 bottles.
After following the Home Booze Kit instructions, we left the bottles alone. 4 days later, we tried the peach mango and it was yummy. The white grape got set aside with the lid tightened and after another 3 days, we tried it only to find that it was a little carbonated (much like sparkling wine) so we did the same with the cranberry but left it for more like 6 days under a tight cap and it was very much like a champagne.
Matter of fact, that is the tastiest one so far.
We really like the drinks we have made so far and have even bottle some of the cranberry to let age further for our family to try.”
